Outbound Training commonly abbreviated as OBT is a
behavioral training intervening employee to develop their skills
through various methodology like learning by doing, outbound
training activities, hands-on-experience, and more.
OBT is a experiential learning which sets the real
time experience about the work related constraint or problems,
external forces that could influence the efficiency of the work
which will inturn help you to overcome any situation and helps you
to develop your skills like time management, interpersonal,
leadership, and problem solving skills. Implementation of OBT in
companies is essential is grooming the personalities of the
employees and matching them with the corporate standards. B-Schools
