I had an opportunity to work with Mr Ragesh in GT Group of Companies for a
short stint. I got impressed with his approach on handling HR aspects and OD
Interventions there.Subsequently I worked with Tata International, where I tried to
implement some of the HR & OD Practices that I learnt from him. Having had an interest
towards consulting, I felt his vision and my passion had a congruence. I discussed with
him regarding my interests, he offered me a position in his consulting firm, 'Hale Human
